We are all co-creators, made for community.

So we've designed a gathering space to create and be known.

It's a glass house.

Folk 'n Fork- July 17, 2021

Folk 'n Fork concert information

We've always wanted to combine great food and music in our intimate glass house space, and this July we're bringing together some fantastic local creatives to make it happen.

Join us along with the Katy and Rachel from Porchlight Gatherings for a fresh farm to picnic, followed by a concert and barn dance led by Nate & Jess Roberts of Michigan Academy of Folk Music.

Given the intimate scale of our farm, we're offering a limited number of tickets to our first live music event. Tickets for dinner, music and dancing are $50, and tickets are $30 for those who'd like to arrive later just for music and dancing.

Botanical Watercolors - July 20, 2021

Hi friends! We invite you to join the glass house community as we learn to explore the botanical world through watercolors with the expert guidance of Grand Rapids based artist Chelsea Michal Garter.

This workshop will be great for beginners and artists of all skill levels. Chels will take us through her approach of observation and painting the botanical world, and you'll leave with your own water color composition.

We'll provide all the supplies you'll need for this workshop, as well as refreshments to power your creative energy.

Tickets are $75 and space is limited, so if you've always wanted to try your hand at watercolor with some kind and encouraging guidance--now is your chance.

reserve your place.

weddings at the glass house

The glass house is an intimate gathering space, nestled between two hills in the heart of rural west Michigan and conveniently located halfway between Grand Rapids and the lakeshore. Our space offers comfortable seating in rows for up to 50 guests.

The grounds on our historic farm provide multiple vignettes for photos, outdoor gatherings, yard games, and joyful lingering. In keeping with our values, the farm is a place of growth and nourishment. We live here with our children and various animals, and we want it to be a blessing to future generations.

We offer multiple wedding packages that include the glass house and the use of our grounds, our farmhouse, cottage, and barn. For a more complete picture of our grounds, check out these wedding videos shot on our farm in June and August. For availability and pricing, get in touch.
